Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms govern your use of CoinPrime's cryptocurrency exchange service. By creating an account you agree to them, so please read them.

1. Who we are and what we do

CoinPrime is licensed to provide cryptocurrency exchange services in Kosovo. We allow you to exchange euros for cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency for euros, settled by bank transfer. We do not provide trading, derivatives, margin, leverage, custody, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be legally able to enter into a contract
  • You must complete identity verification before you can transact
  • You must be resident in a country where we are licensed to offer the service
  • You must act on your own behalf, not for an undisclosed third party

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details and any two-factor authentication secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.

4. Identity verification

We are legally required to verify your identity before you transact, and may ask for further information at any time — including about the source of your funds. We may suspend your account or refuse a transaction if we cannot complete these checks.

5. Payments

Payments to us must come from a bank account in the same name as your verified account, and payouts are made only to a bank account you have verified with us. We cannot accept or make third-party payments, and payments that do not meet this requirement will be returned, less any costs incurred.

6. Orders, rates and fees

The exchange rate and applicable fees are displayed before you confirm an order. Once confirmed, the rate is locked for that order. Quoted rates that are not confirmed within the stated period expire, and a new quote must be requested.

Blockchain network fees are estimates. Actual network conditions may cause the final fee to vary.

7. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible

Please read this carefully. Once cryptocurrency has been sent to a blockchain address it cannot be recalled, cancelled or reversed by us or by anyone else. If you give an incorrect wallet address, or select the wrong network, the funds will very likely be permanently lost. It is your responsibility to check the address and the network before confirming an order.

8. Risks

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and can fall as well as rise. Cryptocurrencies are not bank deposits, are not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme, and their value is not guaranteed by any government or central bank. You should not exchange more than you can afford to lose.

Nothing on this website or in our service is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

9. What you must not do

  • Use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose
  • Use the service on behalf of someone else without telling us
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use the service from a jurisdiction where we are not licensed to offer it

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, or refuse or reverse a transaction, if we are required to by law or a regulator, if we suspect fraud or illegal activity, if verification cannot be completed, or if you breach these terms.

You may close your account at any time. Certain records will be retained as required by law — see our Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact us at info@coinprime.com and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

12. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from movements in cryptocurrency prices, from blockchain network conditions or delays, from an incorrect wallet address supplied by you, or from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the updated version here and change the date above, and for significant changes we will notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
