Buying Crypto Directly at a CoinPrime Office

To buy crypto directly at a CoinPrime office:

1. Visit one of the CoinPrime offices.
2. Complete the required KYC verification using your identification document.
3. Tell the agent which cryptocurrency and amount you want to buy.
4. Provide the wallet address where you want to receive your crypto.
5. Make the payment in EUR.
6. Once the process is completed, the crypto is sent directly to your wallet.

Buying Crypto with the CoinPrime Mobile App at an Office

For an easier and more convenient process, you can use the CoinPrime Mobile App.

The app provides a QR code that can be used at CoinPrime offices. When you arrive at the office, the CoinPrime agent scans the QR code displayed in your app.

Once the QR code is scanned and the transaction is completed, the crypto is automatically sent to the address registered in your CoinPrime Web/App account.

This makes the process simpler, as your registered address is connected to your account and can be accessed through the QR code in the app.

Selling Crypto Directly at a CoinPrime Office

To sell crypto directly at a CoinPrime office:

1. Visit one of the CoinPrime offices.
2. Complete the required KYC verification using your identification document.
3. Tell the agent which cryptocurrency and amount you want to sell.
4. Send the crypto to the address provided by CoinPrime.
5. Once the transaction is confirmed and the process is completed, the payment in EUR can proceed.

Selling Crypto with the CoinPrime Mobile App at an Office

You can also use the CoinPrime Mobile App when selling crypto at a CoinPrime office.

When you arrive at the office, the CoinPrime agent scans the relevant QR code from your app. The QR code provides the information needed to proceed with and complete the transaction at the office.

This allows you to use your CoinPrime Web/App account as part of your in-person transaction at a CoinPrime office.

Cash Transaction Limit

For cash transactions, a cumulative limit of up to EUR 1,000 within 24 hours applies.

For amounts above EUR 1,000, the transaction is completed through a bank transfer.

KYC Verification

KYC verification with an identification document is required when buying or selling crypto at CoinPrime offices, including for transactions below EUR 1,000.

The EUR 1,000 limit applies to cash transactions and is not a KYC verification threshold.
